• On Site Training - This service will give you a practical understanding of the basics of fire alarm design. We can also demonstrate out to retrieve site configuration files from addressable panels. Aimed at Installers / Electrical contract to give you peace of mind that the system will be accepted once installed / modified and commissioning will be acheived quickly and as planned.
• Site Surveys - We will attend site and carry out an independant inspection of your system to ensure it remains compliant, what improvements can be made and what is likely to be required in the future. Aimed at Estate Managers, responsible persons and budget holders.
• Telephone Support - Our team can assist with advising you on any technical queries, and talk you through how to safely isolate a system while working on it and how to avoid nuisance alarms. Aimed at anyone likely to be working on a live fire alarm system.
• On Call Cover - Have a small team and covering holidays and sickness? We can provide out of hours call out cover and in most cases the same day! - Call us to discuss.
